I have been receiving these pretty steadily for several years usually at the end of October but this year so far nothing. I didn't receive a birthday easy pay on demand either this year and I am categorized by QVC to be one of the top 500 contributors (which means I buy A LOT!) So has anyone else received their Thanksgiving 2011 Easy Pay On Demand yet?</P> <P> </P> <P>Last month during a Dooney &amp; Bourke show Lisa Robertson elluded to a really special November Dooney &amp; Bourke special. Has anyone else heard about this one and know what it might be yet?
