    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just returned from my annual visit to the opthomologist (vision a bit blurry right now).  He said to make sure that your multi-vitamin has something called AREDS in it.  It is an acronym fora study that was done.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;You can google it.  I take Centrum Siver and he said the newer bottles have it.  The study also said that eating spinich 3 times a week is fantastic too.  This is all to avoid macular degeneration.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Just wanted to pass the into along.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Ellen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
