I got off work early excited to no my son's ps4 was cooing today in the mail. Waited all day when I go online to check status I'm told the package was delivered at 4:50. Where is it at ups no help now everything is closed.

Oh dear I would follow up on that as I'm sure you will. Just watched a news video from some station showing thieves taking packages off of people's porches during this gift season. It made me so mad to watch it. One lady was really bold. Not only did she steal the packages, she came back and got their Christmas Wreath right off of their door!!! This was a very well dressed middle aged lady driving a new BMW! They were able to identify her because they had a perfect shot of her face and once posted she was identified within minutes. When they opened her garage they discovered numerous packages with other people's names on them.

I am surprised that more packages aren't taken as they just sit on people's steps or porches for all to see. Some of the snatchers weren't as bold as the above lady and kept their faces well hidden and were really quick. They didn't go back for any extra decorations.

Hopefully your package will arrive, but if not contact UPS quickly. Sorry this has happened to you.

Maybe it was delivered to the post office, and will be delivered by us mail tomorrow? A lot of packages start out with ups, then get handed off to usps. Hope you find it.
