That "tidbit" was heard, firsthand, by me and was reported on local NYC news stations. I believe it was also mentioned on the national Nightly News.

In addition, last night, two police lieutenants were assaulted on the Brooklyn Bridge. A 29-year-old Baruch College English professor was arrested.

I don't know you, but kindly give posters the benefit before you snark on them for no reason at all.
