not that it matters what I think, or understand about how "things" are run around here, but I just do not understand, at all, why we got banned for the name changes back then,

Name changes are permitted-- so what was the problem?

I have changed mine often....

Hey Mel: I've seen a few nics have been changed already. I think it's a whole different crew running the show. The last time was awful for those who did change their nics.

I remember the nic changes. It was a mess,even if you didn't participate you were banned.

If you go into my account it clearly states that you're allowed to change your nickname. But if I get banned I'm blaming you guys. LOL. Weird I changed my nick and it didn't change. Maybe I need to log out.

bikerbabe: It's true you can change your nic but that year some posters who changed theirs to Christmasy type nics were banned. It was a mess. I think it was 2 years ago?

I didn't change mine and had no problems.

Maybe this year I should be FruitCakers.

If you change your name can please put your old name in your sig?

It gets so confusing if you don't.
