    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought several items on the 6th....all of them arrived but one....which was still sitting In Process....I called c.s. and asked what the hold up was...and she said she would send an e-mail to release it...and a short time later it showed shipped...now how it will take to get here is another story....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I also have several items that are In Process.  They've been that way for several days now.  That doesn't usually happen to me; I guess I've been lucky, as I hear it routinely happens to others.  I don't know why it takes some items so long to ship.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an item this morning, and it's still showing as "in process" this afternoon.  I'm thinking QVC has some significant issues.  What really bugs me is it was an item that required a signature which is why I've been monitoring it.  Luckily I was home when it arrived.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Something strange happened to me recently regarding shipping.  I ordered a blouse that was a Lunchtime Special and when I checked the status it said Shipped.  Next step, I checked the tracking info.  I always ship Priority Mail to my p.o. box, as I get really good tracking that way.  When I checked the tracking on this blouse, there was a really strange notation; one that I've never seen before, so I called Customer Service.  The rep looked at the message in the tracking section and instantly said, "It never left the warehouse."  I've never had anything like that happen before.  Normally, once it says Shipped, it's on its way.  Luckily the blouse was still in stock, so they sent a replacement which arrived yesterday.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Also, at the same time, I was due to receive the Hampton Popcorn assortment.  Again, no tracking information, so they shipped a replacement which I got in just a few days.  They had to refund my original purchase price and re-charge it to the same credit card. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I've heard of shipping horror stories before on these boards, but this is the first year anything unusual has happened to me.  I normally get items in just a few days and everything arrives way before the estimated date.  I hope it's just the holiday madness and that everything will get straightened out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Five days and counting. Items I ordered after have been shipped, but Four still in process. Plus they came out with the personal Kruig single 10 dollars cheaper than what I am paying on my 5EP just a different item number. I am going to complain. Unlike Amazon, they will do nothing to satisfy a customer.</description>
