yeah I would have just shoved it back up there with a kcup to hold it in place. It should be sticky still.

We have the B40, which was the first TSV. The red washer fell out of the top portion. Keurig can't help because they no longer sell the model. does anyone know if a washer purchased at the hardware store will work? Thanks!!

I don't see why not. Bring the one that fell out so you get the right size. But why can't you just put that one back on?

Thanks, we can't get it to stay in. Maybe its worn from age.

Gorilla glue may help it to stay in, or just plain super glue. Gorilla glue expands, so use only small dots. If it is a rubber washer then the hardware store will have one. Good luck fixing it. I have the first Platinum, and it is going strong. I'm in no hurry to buy a new one. If this one goes, I would go with the Scoop.

I've been using the Scoop (Hamilton Beach) for two years now and love it. So much more practical than the Keurig.
