Darn darn darn!!! I just placed sizeable orders with Nordstroms and Skinstore and forgot to go through Mr. Rebates. Anyone know how to reverse and get credit???

I usually just accept it as a lesson in how not to do it next time. If it were such a large order that I really, really wanted the rebate, I'd cancel it and start again. I don't know about Nordies, but you can usually cancel most online orders within a reasonable timeframe. How long ago did you order?

Yeah, I don't think you can unless you cancel those orders and then re-order, having gone through MrRebates.

I do it all the time and have just come to the point that I say 'oh, well - I skrewed up'.

From Mr. Rebate's FAQs:

Can I still get a rebate if I forgot to click-through to a store at Mr. Rebates?

Unfortunately, orders placed outside of Mr. Rebates do not qualify for cash back rebates. If the rebate is important to you then the only other thing that can be done is to cancel the original order and re-order through a Mr. Rebates link. That decision is up to you however.

Thanks - I've done the ""cancel and re-order"" when I forgot to order through the Q. But Skinstore would not let me cancel the order once it was placed. I didn't try Nordstrom. Does have to chalk it up to live-and-learn.
