Hi Lotus, I started a similar thread a bit earlier. Some posters felt that it was only at 5% temporarily, but IMO, it's always been 5% since I've been a member of MR. I think it's a mistake at this time of the year too.

Yep....always at 5% for me too....sometimes it's gone up to 6%.

I've never seen 3%
