Has anyone ordered from Soft Surroundings?

I got one of their catalogues in the mail and some of their tunic length tops are cute. If you've ordered from them what's the quality like? Are their things well made? Do they look the same in RL as they do in the catalogue?

The quality is DEFINITELY not in line with the prices. Shipping is very high and they very rarely do any free shipping.

I would never pay full price for anything there, but I will buy from the outlet. I also purchased a quilt from them in the outlet and it's gorgeous and very well made.

I have the silk drawstring pants and the tencel denim shirt. I am eyeing the plaid velvet shirt to go with leggings. I really love their things. The quality is excellent. I also order from JJill and think SS is comparable in quality.

There is a store near me, and that's what I shop. The shipping is outrageous. The quality is very good.

I saw that. It looks more luxurious than the Basso TSV but the Basso throw is 5 inches bigger. Really pretty.

That's exactly what I do on EVERY purchase online from any retailer. Soft Surroundings has a $20 off coupon there right now and it offsets shipping plus a few bucks!

Their outlet prices are great. I never buy anything full price from them. The quality is excellent. Shipping is costly, but they do arrive fast and nicely packaged.
