ISIS and ISIL are the same. They want a caliphate.

if some here like to read, i highly recommend this book, Islamic Fundamentalism 3rd Edition: The Story of Islamist Movements by Youssef M. Choueiri

it discusses the rise of islamic fundamentalism during 1951, which helped to create the road map to where we are today.

it's available on google books.

It scares me how people can walk among us using blanket terms like ""us"" and ""them"" without totally understanding what they are saying. That hatred is dangerous on so many levels.

Maybe I am missing some posts here and that is why Sidsmoms posts make no sense but I think we can most definitely generalize the masses of ISIS and say they want us dead.

Also what does TCLU mean?

Thanks for the video links ladies. I just watched them both. Very informative and educational....although still confusing. They did a good job of quick definition of term etc.
