topic QVC Survey??? in Community Chat

Forget the date, but before Christmas I received an e-mail from QVC, or so it says. It has a link to take you to questions regarding method of payment for QVC purchases if I remeber correctly. I haven't checked the link; I don't like unknown links.

What makes it so stange is the fact that QVC, if nothing else, has a record of each of our methods of payment. Why do they need to ask?

If QVC has legitimate surveys , then I wish they would send out a postcard first, giving a "heads up". Sometime back I received a "jewelry survey" but was too busy to wonder about it.

I just don't understand asking someone how they pay for purchases. Has anyone else received this and done it?
