Paypal ?

Does QVC not offer a regular Paypal account to pay for a items instead of Paypal credit? With all the breach with credit cards and debit cards I have gone to paying with cash only or if I buy off the internet I use my paypal account. I don't think I over looked it any help would be appreciated.

I don't see any reason not to use a credit card through Paypal since Paypal doesn't disclose any credit card information to the business they pay on your behalf.

That is what I am trying to do is pay with my own personal paypal account and not open a new paypal credit card thru QVC... I just don't see where I can do that..

they only offer paypal credit (formerly bill me later) at qvc, they dont offer paypal. paypal credit is not through qvc it is through paypal. if you open an account, use paypal credit, you can pay it off right away because you can link it to your paypal account.

Paypal recently sent out Paypal Master Cards. That is what paypal credit card is.

I cut mine up, I didn't ask for it and I didn't want it.

HSN does offer Paypal but I used it once and then was unable to find my order on-line to look anything up about it, track it, etc. I called CS and she couldn't find anything either.

I finally spoke to someone who informed me that when you pay with Paypal, another account is opened for you that isn't linked to your current account which is why I was unable to look anything up. The rep didn't know why that was but ever since that happened, I've not used Paypal again to purchase on HSN.

LD, my regular paypal account is linked to my hsn account. i didnt need to open "another" account.

i have both a paypal mastercard and paypal credit. they are two separate entities.

the paypal mastercard is linked to your paypal account and is more of a debit card rather than a credit card. for example, if you have 100 in your paypal account then you have 100 credit on your mastercard. you can request that they send you one so your paypal account can be used at brick and mortar stores in an easy way.

the paypal credit (formerly bill me later) feature is a line of credit with deferred billing and an interest rate if you dont pay it off right away......you have to apply for it and they give you a credit limit.

Sunshine I didn't open another account. I logged into my regular HSN account and chose to pay with Paypal. The HSN system opened a separate account for me for some reason and they couldn't figure out why.
