QVC's shipping times

Love QVC.. Been a member--as most of us have-- since DAY ONE..which is well over 25 years.

I have to VENT…

I'm sorry BUT it doesn't matter what products I order.. It Takes QVC over a week or more to send that "ship" message out. This has never been the case with it's competitor HSN.. No more than two days after an order goes in, that item is "on it's way". I say WOW. Also, Most often than not…. FREE SHIPPING with HSN.

Regarding QVC… It takes them TOO LONG to send out orders. Forget free S&H.. That almost NEVER happens!

So much time goes by that I tend to forget what the heck I ordered. So Frustrated with this.. Anyone else share my frustration???

It must have something to do with where you live compared to where the warehouse is located. I ordered a bracelet last week and it arrived within 3 days. I once ordered a TSV in the morning, and it arrived the next day even though I just used the regular shipping method. Seems like clothing orders take longer, though.

I'm experiencing quite the opposite these days. Most things I've ordered have been shipped within a day or two. In fact, last week, I ordered the VB TSV and it arrived at my door less than 48 hours after I placed the order. It hasn't always been that way.

It can't possibly be that whatever I order has a warehouse in East Podunk..!!!! I live in N.Y.

Sadly, It's always the case.. But, I am very happy that you receive items in record time..

I mostly order Beauty products and Jewelry.. never clothing

Lately shipping has improved greatly IMO but it may be different based on your location..........

It must be where she lives. I'm buy a lot and most things go out within a day or two. I ordered a sweater around 10pm yesterday and it was shipped today. That's normal. I'll have it Tuesday of Wednesday because I always use the USPS option.
