I called CS a few minutes ago and he said, "Well if you don't get it by the first of the month call us". What?!!!! My mail guy is terrible. I know all of my neighbors business because I get their mail, they get mine and someone with the same numbers but different street (a few miles away) gets my mail and I get theirs!! This has gone on since 2003! Can you believe it? I've complained over and over but it is hit or miss whether I get my mail! Anyway, I'll wait a few days and then call CS again. This infuriates me. In the past they've just sent another one out. Someone is enjoying my Insider Magazine. Ugh!
