Two days have passed and the buyer hasn't paid. I sent a message through eBay to the buyer giving her an extra day to pay and no reply. I would like to go through the Resolution Center an file a claim (UID). I know I can do this after 4 days from the purchase date have passed.</P> <P>Has anyone done this? How does this work?
