The little bit I saw on TV a few days ago, it sounded like they were retrying the case all over again. Sheesh.

I just caught the Director of Prisons (not sure that is the correct title as he had quite a thick accent) getting on the stand as I got in bed last night, the DA called him. First he went thru his CV which was very impressive as far as promotions that took him to different prisons. He spoke of all the prisons being equipped to handle any kind of handicap that comes into their system.

Sorry, then I fell asleep! Hubs was so kind to share a kick but* head cold with me and I just couldnt stay awake any longer darn it. So anyway, it sounds like his attorney will have a hard time keeping him out of prison on the grounds that he will suffer due to his handicap as we know he will argue.

While on the subject of trials, what's going on with Arias? Are they choosing jurors or are we on another delay?

Her legal reps started the jury selection process by serving 300 potential jurors with a questionnaire about their beliefs and availability. However, about one third of the prospective jurors were dismissed after admitting that they watched media coverage during her first trial, and therefore, they could not be impartial in deciding her sentence, according to the Arizona Republic.

By Oct. 20, 12 jurors and four or six alternates will have been selected.

The jury selection is expected to take about three weeks, while the actual trial may last from six to eight weeks, reports USA Today.

About those glasses ugg, I am surprised that Food Bank accepted the blood money from this convict. My mind is mush right now so I have forgotten the FB name, Mother Mary, something like that. I mean, I know they ALWAYS need money but stabbies money? Hmmm
