hi wookie......my kids use the LIFEPROOF cases...and boy do they need them! they are tough on their phones.

i have a samsung galaxy note and my case of choice are the SPECK cases. i have had the same one on my phone for 2 1/2 years now.

Hi, and thank you for your replies. My brother has the Otterbox defender, and loves it. I've been looking at the Speck brand. The only drawback to the exact one I was looking at, is that it spins around on a flat surface. The grip variation takes care of that, but reviewers say it picks up lint. my favorite cases are the slim, transparent ones, but they don't offer a lot of protection. My phone will be here tomorrow. I ordered an inexpensive transparent case to use until I decide which one I'll end up with. Thanks again for your input.
