The Govennor of CA lowered the TX, but I'm not sure if it is 8 or 9% now. Some stores charged 9.75 and others 10%. I think it's 8.75. Does anyone know? The Q has been doing the TX after S&amp;H for sometime now, can they? I do not see other online stores doing this.
