I heard about this back in September but that is par for the course since I work in NYC. I guess the particular poster who thought this rubbish will still find it not true.

Practically any disease could be used by terrorists. Doesn't mean they'd all be equally effective. Personally, I'd rather use a much more communicable disease such as smallpox. Deadly and easily transmitted via inhalation of the virus.
