Is Anyone Else Having This Problem on This Site?

It used to be that when I was cruising the forums, if someone mentioned an item or item number, I could use the search box on the upper right of the page to bring up the item. Now, when I enter an item number or what I am looking for in there, I get a list of the forum threads related to the item. It used to be that if you wanted to search for forum threads, you would use the search box on the left side of the page to search for community, blog, or forum topics.

Has anyone else noticed this? It happens to me about 90% of the time when I use the upper right search box lately. I did click on the little feedback icon in the far upper right corner about a month ago to let them know what was going on, but nothing has changed.

Yes, I have been having this same problem. I, like you, have also left feedback and nothing is being done about it. We shouldn't have to go to the homepage to look up items or to check out the lunchtime specials. This website sure has more than it's share of problems and glitches.

YES!!!!!!

I have to go back to home page and use that search engine. I am so fed up. However, now I open another tab, and use that. The other thing I hate, is everytime I go to forums to sign in, after I sign in they take me to order status, not forums. What is going on???

I must have to sign in on this site 3 or 4 times if I am on the boards for a while.

I haven't noticed this particular problem but overall, it's just one problem after another with this site... It's a hot mess and it begins to seem it always will be. They don't seem to care!

I know what you mean. That is another issue I've been having also. It just seems like for a huge company, they would be able to have some of the best web designers available on board.

I think these problems end up costing them in the long run. If somebody mentions an item I might be interested in, and the search box on the upper right doesn't take me directly to the item, sometimes I just won't even bother going back to the home page to use that search box. Sometimes I'm just not in the mood for all the little annoyances of using this site.

They should have this site down to a science, and that includes rolling out the Lunchtime Specials exactly at 11:00 am without having to put that in the search box to seek them out too. (Might as well get all my complaints in early for the day! LOL.)

if its not on these boards I have trouble...then its on the home page where the Items Recently On Air .....show that everything is sold out....wow...an entire days worth of products are all sold out...they should be so lucky....lol...

My issue is with poofed threads. If it is a long one that has caught my interest....Seems like by the time I get to the middle, it goes poof! So, now when I want to read a long thread, after the 1st page, I then go to the last page, and read them backwards! At least that way, I get a better idea of what it was about!
