I don't see them as looking identically alike, but every time I see that judge, I can't help but hear the same voice and think of Winkler. Henry Winkler has a commercial running now about reverse mortgage, so I have heard him recently. They do sound alike. I just saw Seidlin commenting about Casey Anthony case on TV now.
