According to Pagesix, he pulled out a knife on his dentist! He is going to have a hard time getting his dental needs fixed......

"Police would not confirm if a knife was even involved and a rep for Sheen denied the weapon and drug allegation.

“I can tell you that Charlie was on some pain medication for an old shoulder injury from pitching. He was on some medication for that, and apparently this was a different dentist, and they gave him nitrous oxide, and the interaction was not the best,” Sheen’s spokesman Jeff Ballard told the News.

“I think a tray was knocked over, but no one was injured. No knife was pulled. He had a bad reaction with the two drugs. That’s it. There was no knife involved. He was not high on any illegal substances. And the LAPD has not contacted Charlie or any of his representatives.”

Should an addict be on pain medication stronger than aspirin?

I think if it is true he probably got it from free basing meth and coke. JMHO. It rots your teeth

Adelle - I don't think so. No way should he have access to pain meds to medicate himself.

Charlie Sheen just lashed out at the dental technician who accused him of going after her boss with a knife while allegedly high on rock cocaine, calling her "a jobless, washout traitor."TMZ broke the story ... the LAPD is investigating Charlie after the technician told them Charlie attacked her last week while he sat in a dental chair. She claims his security guard told the dentist Charlie was high on rock cocaine and says Charlie went after the dentist with a knife. Charlie is furious, giving TMZ a message for her, saying, "Hey cholesterol pants: Maybe you should have taken the crack you so brazenly and ignorantly accused me of being on, and sold it! Now that you're a jobless washout and a traitor, you're gonna need the extra dough ... lick those food stamps, you desperate troll. C."

Fact is, her story doesn't make a lot of sense. The dentist denies her story and fired her because she blabbed about Charlie coming in, which violates HIPAA. And it makes NO sense Charlie's security guy would blurt out he was high on rock cocaine.
