I discovered yesterday in a pile of our mail that I had a letter with a few question for a update. It was simple questions like has my condtioned worsened, improved or remained the same between June 2009 till now. Had I been hospitalized. there were only 6 questions.</P> <P>What is the likelyhood that they stop with just these questions or will they do a full medical review.
