Hey..it's good to talk to you, wow you're going to brave the traffic...it's been a nightmare. We have to drive back to SC tomorrow morning for DH to do some more bloodwork, then will come back here to the campground.

I've been enjoying the Old Timers Festival for the past two days, DH stayed at the campground, he just didn't feel up to being over in Townsend all day.

Traffic won't be too bad- we're coming the back way through the Smokies and shopping our way through.. Since Christmas and Collectibles has opened a second store at 2680 Parkway and longer hours we'll stop there and the Christmas place.. the other Christmas and Collectibles is 3044 Winfield Dunn Pkwy., Kodak.. we didn't know they'd opened the second store- yippee!

Good luck to your DH and that bloodwork- sure will be thinking about ya's and will keep you in my prayers!

Unbelievable...never seen anything like that before. How did you know what to wear...that really took some planning, you know...I hope you take some pics, would love to see them.

Blue, I clicked on the link checker neyland. Com, fill in our seats and it tells you orange or white. Pretty cool! I'm pretty sure someone will post pics at UT Sports dot Com but they'll be around. Hope lots participate.

I haven't a clue as to why the pic would be taken down- I've had several posts deleted but I think I'm being reported by a couple of posters but that's okay.. seems you ask a question & it's gone yet other's continue... this place is so weird.... Hope your hubby is feeling better & they get all those tests done- I'll keep both of you in my thoughts and prayers...

Hi blue, how wonderful your husband coming home- I know both of you are thrilled to the max.. I do hope his recovery goes well & he's back on his feet really soon.. I went through a period of time with my son too but it was like night & day everything just went back to normal- keep him updated about his dad, as long as you keep trying that's the kicker. Yes ma'am we drove the RV park twice- I even told hubby that's where you guys stay. I am confused about where your husband is in the hospital or where you were staying- so if you saw a little gray car, that was us! Like I mentioned earlier we ate at Texas Roadhouse, just down the road from your RV park- it was pretty good.. Have seen the Vera Bradley place too, I've a couple of her pieces & my favorite is a messenger bag I got at Animal Kingdom, Disneyworld.. Have eaten at Applewood Farms years ago, it was good too. Just so surprised at where was all the traffic.. LOL

Hey Preds, you and blue both know how disappointed we were with that sad game outcome- one darn point- one.. We had a blast down on the field- since we are donors to the Pride, we were able to get pictures made with the directors, drum major and the Pride behind us- got to see lots of old VOL players as 400 were there yesterday. I will say I did not do well with my fibro in the chilly weather- I can't explain it but wowzie we are staying put today so I can get my ducks back in a row.. I am having eye sensitivity in my right eye, and that's part of the nasty beast... got good eye drops to keep it moist and I'll contact my opthamalogist this week or my PCP for advice.. goodness it's always something and different everyday.. so today staying warm- I turned the heat on- and doing laundry- might even be a good one for napping!!!

Hope you ladies are having a good one and staying warm too... Enjoy having your hubby back, blue, and Preds, I knew you were a closet VOL fan!! OHHHHHH the checkerboard all around Neyland was incredible in person...

See where the goal post goes up and the one on the right crosses the upper orange level, well next to that is the camera well and the next section is white- our section ... our seats are right against the back wall.. bet you could zoom in an almost see us..

Blue, Hi. Glad hubby is home and resting.. I know that makes you both so happy. You take care of yourself too.. eat yourself watermelon, melon or bananas and you'll get that potassium back up... yes ma'am we saw Ole Miss beat Bama. . You guys are going to crush us! Our offense is so young, hoping next season to be lots better. Neither of us are UT alums.. being from East Tennessee it's a given to love the VOLS. I was in high school band and played french horn so we donate to the Prides scholarship fund.. Yes that picture was taken Saturday, when we were on the side of the field with the band. It was a beautiful day for football, just didn't like losing by one point. Hope you enjoy your popcorn!! Yum Yum!!
