I missed most of today-- I was otherwise occupied with classes-- so the new atty is good?

I heard the end of the day (from when they read the witness testimony into the record)

It was nice to hear the nice calm and reasoned judge's voice-- I forgot how much I like this judge.

I don't have the players straight yet but defense appears to be using a team approach much as the prosecution. Waffa Hanania did the opening and it was concise, non-theatrical and on point. Guy, of course, did his usual fabulous job at opening and it is clear the prosecution is taking a much more focused approach. The testimony that was read into the record was because they ran out of witnesses today and this one was unavailable. So far it is moving fast.

I saw that Marp-- I have been busy with family stuff this weekend-- so thanks for listening yesterday for me!

I can listen tomorrow, mostly, but Tues and Thurs are school days for me, and Thurs I have an exam, so I will have to study before that.
