    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sadly, I think the USPS checks a package off as being delivered, even when they drop it off at the wrong address.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I get packages meant for others in my community quite often, and I know that in 2 cases, someone who lives no where near us (but has the same # in his address) has gotten our packages.  He told us...and even brought one of them to us one night, and said it was the second time it had happened.  The first time...he gave the package back to the carrier.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Not QVC...different vendor. Tracking said USPS delivered package on 9/19.... I emailed the vendors customer service and explained that no package was delivered.....to please look into it, and send out another package. Got. Email back, CS person said I should look for package , check all my neighbors....I emailed back I do not have TIME to look for package, it is not my job.....to please send me another order. I can not believe they wanted me to find the order!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The vendor should take it up with the carrier. It was the carriers responsibility to make sure it was delivered to the correct address on the package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;call them back, tell them you didnt receive  the package. if they say they delivered the package then ask to see the signature. if they cant find a signature then they should be responsible. it could have been lost, delivered to the wrong address, or stolen right from your home.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is basically the response I had from Shop HQ, when they were ShopNBC.  They even acknowledged, that their tracking showed it never left their facility, but, still, they wanted me to do my own checking around?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;My item was a relatively inexpensive pair of earrings,which had sold out.  They did end up issueing a credit, without an FBI investigation, but, &lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/lol.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.lol}" /&gt;for awhile I wasn't sure.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;It may not be so simple as the company sending out another order, without launching a investigation, though.  Unfortunately, with all the fraud there is today, I can't blame them. We can't really expect hugh companies to just take our word it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It was jewelry.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;They sent out a replacement ASAP and told me if a neighbor received my package by mistake and gives it to me, I should call them back &amp;amp; they will pay for the postage to return it.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;It was simple!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happened to me some years ago.  It was a QVC package, but a UPS carrier's error.  I actually saw him when he delivered my package to the wrong condo building, but since his truck was in front of my window, I just assumed he would deliver my package next.  Nope, he jumped into his truck and sped off.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I checked my tracking and he had listed my order as DELIVERED.  Of course, the tracking doesn't note it was delivered a building away.  QVC handled everything that day.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I did confront the UPS man the next day.  AT first he denied, then the light dawned on him.  He knew what he'd done.  Amazing, but that was at least 4 or 5 years ago and he still remembers he made that mistake.  Rings the bell and even waits for an answer now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've only had that problem one time.  A package was marked as having been delivered by the USPS but I didn't receive it.  I contacted the vendor, they had insured it so they filed with the USPS and sent me a full refund.  It seems to me it's the seller's responsibility first, the delivery service second, and my responsibility last?  Not sure if that's true in the strictest legal sense.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I will add, though, that once I know a package has been shipped I track it daily with the websites (UPS, Fedex, or USPS) and I get email alerts (you can get texts, too) for each activity including delivery.       <description>I order from this vendor all the time. Never had a problem....to lose a good customer over a $50 order when I spend 10 times that often....is their loss.....I am so ticked off!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a necklace from Shop HQ around 7/23..it shipped on 7/25..I followed tracking and it just stopped...I contacted CS and they told me sometimes the package is delivered but somehow is bypassed the scanner and not logged.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;The package stopped at a PO about 50 miles North of me..she told me on 8/5 if nothing then contact them for replacement or refund..&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; So on that date I log on to my account to send an email and get the tracking number and low and behold it is out for delivery that day by my Postal Carrier. I think it must of fell or stuck to something..but I did receive it a couple weeks late!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I am not a fan of the original shipping company handing over to your local USPS for delivery..the stuck a fancy dress that was in a nice flat bag..folder long wise..they just balled it up and stuck it in my mail box with some of the bag hanging out..needless to say the zipper would not work correctly and some of the beading was coming off..back it went not for that money!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

I am glad as the staples left my knees with two ugly scars.
