    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to learn about them.  Do you consider them humane?  They don't SOUND like a nice thing, but a co-worker said "oh, it just gives them a little sensation until they learn not to bark."  hmmm&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Got lots to learn.  Called my vet and waiting on a return call.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Google is next.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Anyone have anything to share?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
