I believe their sentencing is scheduled for October 2. It was recently postponed from the September date.

I read they are holding off the reunion show until after the sentencing so that should be really good..

It could be a huge "bust" too. I thought this season would be good, as Teresa and Joe confronted their lies and fraud.

generally they dont film the reunion anyways until roughly episode 14 or 15 depending on how many episodes they are running (last night was episode 10).....so this will tie in perfectly with the sentencing hearing......unless it is postponed again!

Joe postponed his trial on the drivers license fraud to the point where he will be serving THAT sentence at the same time he is in federal prison.

So basically, by stalling, he got away with the license fraud.

BTW - I have seen him driving on TV...how can he do that? He doesn't have a license, I thought.

yes, he was in court today to begin ironing out the details of sentencing for his dmv/license charges.

i have asked that question numerous times and i still have not been able to figure out how he can be driving!

I've noticed that too and I also noticed they don't wear seat belts a lot of the time so I think the driving scenes are fake too.

Last week's episode where Tre is driving in her pjs taking Gia to school, neither one of them had a seat belt on.
