hello.

jeanne's passing has effected me deeply for some reason.

and i will be the first to say that she rubbed me the wrong way most of the time.

but she was inspirational in so many ways that reallyl deserve mentioning.

she came on LIVE TV, in her own skin, just the way she was and presented her own items in front of millions of people!!!

i dont care who you are, that just took a lot of nads!!

she tried to put on a cheery face, and was always conversational and friendly to EVERYONE.

she was an imperfect person. and she had the nerve to put it all out there anyway.

i was always impressed by her courage. and had she been a twiggy little gal, perhaps none of us would even remember her name.

another thing i wanted to mention, was ALL THE THREADS ABOUT HER. post after post after post. some hateful, some apathetic, some adoring.

after all those hateful threads , she still came on and did her best. and i personally am ashamed of my negative thoughts i had for her. i only posted one or two mildly negative posts about her , nothing that bad, but i still feel bad about it. i was wrong, and small and unloving and judgemental, and now she is gone.

we are all human. we are all imperfect, and we are all trying to do our best with what we have.

perhaps this could be a call out for a kinder (and i am not trying to squash opinions, by any means) board. perhaps we could try to state our thoughts and feelings with a little more care.

i am going to try to make an earnest effort to do that myself. i hope i can become a better person, and jeanne's passing has made a shift in my thinking as it pertains to all the stuff on here.
