I was the girl that never broke a sweat but the last few years summer is horrible for me. I just got back from a walk and I am dripping wet. I sweat thru my shirt!!! Saturday I worked outside and I was miserable, even after a shower I was still hot!! Do any of you women know of something that I could take that will be safe that might help me keep from getting so warm This is not a hot flash issue it's an issue of my body temperature.
