Our neighbor "collects" cats,and as soon as they're old enough to roam,she turns them loose on the neighborhood,and they make quite a mess,have cat fights, and the male cats spray "their territory", and the odor is horrific....I can't leave ANYTHING outside,because it will get ruined with cat spray....I plant a few easy to grow veggies,but with this problem,it will be a useless project to do this year....We have NO ANIMAL CONTROL here. Would Riddex ?(spelling)? plugged into an extension cord outside work ???
