I got a raise at work today ! So, I told my husband that it would be my treat when we went out to eat after work. As long as we went to Subway He said, Uh do I get chips and a cookie?

I said, Hold on! I got a raise, they didn't make me partner or anything.....

We had a great time, as usual.

So, I am buying dinner for every single one of you.

You are all very welcome. There are lots of booths !

I always get the foot long veggie delight on the Italian cheesy bread or whatever it is called with pepper jack and provolone, every single veggie (yes, even jalapenos) and then have it drizzled liberally with red wine vinegar.

Eat half, save half - will take it to work tomorrow and have lunch in the park!

Then brush my teeth when I return

The raise surprised me, I never know when I am getting one as there is no set schedule or anything. No work reviews or any of that, we are a small family type firm. I just got a bonus check last week so this was even more unexpected. We have had several very, very big cases lately that were settled satisfactorily so I suppose they are celebrating that fact.

I'll take it all, I have board mates to feed (and Donna wants extra chips) Geez
