I've never tried them. They do look good. They remind me of the Lofthouse brand of cookies

Yes...my fav. are the Butter cream frosted and the browines. I am not such a fan of the chocolate and mint...has an artificial taste.

Me too, but they are prettier,.lol......I wonder if they taste better.

Not a fan. You can get better cookies at a much better price at your local supermarket.

Butter cream sounds good,.....you can send one for $5.......pretty expensive, but so are cards.

I don't think cookies travel particularly well. I'd rather make them or go to a specialty bakery.

Shipping and packaging. The Q says no S/H but it's added into the cost of the product. And each cookie is individually wrapped which costs more money. As far as taste they are no different than your locally made butter cookies.

Yeah, but they are high on the website, then shipping is added, and the packaging too, as you said adds up.

I was in a hurry once during the holidays and tried an order. Just not as fresh as what I would have made if I'd had time (and I didn't), but I went to a local bakery for my gift.

I thought the frosting was much too sweet and stiff. The cookies themselves were obviously made with good ingredients but there was too much stabilizer or something in the frostings.

They are good, but for much less cost, I can make better at home. For those who don't bake and want something like this around during the holidays it is probably and easy and cost effective product, as it is just a "treat" and not something you are paying for on a regular basis.

I have yet to find a bakery around here that does good cookies, some have one type that is really good, but not their entire line. I guess I'm used to my own homemade baking.

I prefer David's Cookies and order them directly from the company.

They aren't sickening sweet.

DH ordered them one year to help me out with gift bags. He loved the so now he orders a box to keep in the freezer for his ""treats"" once in a while.

We order them from their website. There is always a special and coupons. Our grandchildren are part of their cookie club. My daughter and DIL use them as special rewards.

My husband likes the chocolate chip and I like the snicker doodles.

My favorite quality cookie website is Dancing Deer.

I tried them last Christmas. I bought the little tins for gifts and kept one for myself. I was very disappointed and even kind of embarrassed that I had gave them as gifts. I did not think they had much flavor. The sugar cookie was probably the best but I was not impressed to say the least.

I am not even picky about products either. Perhaps, they had built them up so much I was expecting something really good.
