Of course I'm watching, just wish he was performing alone. He is done touring, but will continue to record. I have been lucky to have attended 7 of his concerts.

Thanks, dmod! Just finished setting up my DVR to record . . . YAY! George Straight and Alan Jackson are two of my favorites in country music although I don't listen as much as I did back home in TX.

He's on just about all day & evening on Directv. His concert & Pure Country alternate all day. Yum!! I still have the crew jacket my ex was given when he drove one of his rigs to the east coast.

Dmod nj, Just want to say thank you so much for letting us know about the George Strait show on tonight. This one of the most enjoyable Friday Nights here on TV in a long time. Loved Alan Jackson with George doing "Murder Down on Music Row"! My question exactly -- what's happened to "real" country music?? When we lose the "legends" of country music, are we going to lose true country entirely???
