I almost always have trouble with this entire site. ONLY THIS SITE. There are times I can't order, or can't get into my order status, and that's on my desk top... it's worse with my iPad.

I am constantly this afternoon. Happens when I want to access another thread, I have to go back and retry and usually goes through on 2nd request.

Oh, yes.

It's been going on for several days. And it's not device-specific or browser-specific. It's an issue with the website.

They seem to have antiquated technology. I don't think they'll ever move into this century.

It has nothing to do with your broadband speed or your device. (As an example, I average a speed of 57.76 Mbps and use a very efficient iMac.) These errors are specific to the function of the website itself. It's sporadic, so some people will see it and others will not.
