I don't mind long posts. I read them if the subject interests me, the same as for short posts.

I've read complaints from posters that the OP hadn't included all the facts and now there are complaints about the length. How can the OP include all the facts and do it in two short sentences?

It's dependent on how much time I have. If the topic interests me, I do read long posts. I speed read them.

Very long OPs I may read if there are a lot of responses and I plan on reading them. Long responses within a thread I skip over.

Of course I do. I am usually the author of many of them. Seriously now, the subject of the thread decides if I read any of them. From there I try to interpret whether I agree/disagree or can add something to the discussion of the thread.

If I decide "Yes"? I have a problem with getting my view or opinion known without using a whole lot of words. Been working on this for decades now, talking to people via phone or face to face, I usually have the same issue. I will say, when I am talking verbally with someone regardless of the route of what I say, haven't had too many that asked me to "kindly shut up".

Does that mean they like what I am saying? Beats me, but I would say many of those times that answer would be Yes.

This one is relatively short for me.

If I open a thread, I read the first few lines. If I am interested in the subject, I will continue reading regardless of the length.
