How do QVC host know what to ask callers?

How do hosts know what questions to ask callers about a product that's being presented? . Do the hosts get prompted by Call Staff before they ask leading questions to the caller?

I talked once, and there was no pre-screening at all, and no delay.

They ask very general questions; don't see where any prompting would be necessary. They ask about the current item being sold/bought.

There has to be some type of screening because no one ever gives a bad review on a call. I've also heard numerous callers say, "As I was telling the gentlemen on the phone"..........

And... what would you tell people who are considering xyz product? What do you like the best about xyz product? Do you own any other of [insert designer's name] items?

It's always the same questions.
