I only have ordered a lamp and some pillows and I was very happy with the quality.

I've ordered from them before, they represent several different retailers.

When I find something I like, I search the internet to find better prices.

I've always been pleased with items from Wayfair and also their partner, Joss & Main that offers items from various suppliers. When a Joss & Main item is from Wayfair, it will be marked down further than what Wayfair would have sold it.

I do that, too. It often pays to look around and read as many reviews as possible.

My bathroom fixtures came from Wayfair and one arrived broken-- toilet bowl and within a week I received a replacement. The fixtures were from Kohler and in cashmere color. I was told locally of a wait of 6-8 weeks for same items!!

Plus the local place was going to charge me as much as the Kohler website's retail pricing.

I definitely like them.

Yes- in fact when I bought something and then posted about it here for someone else, I went online and the price had dropped by about 50%. I contacted CS, as the item hadn't even shipped yet, and they adjusted the price.

Yes, I've purchase from them before. I'm also a person who comparison shops, and sometimes Wayfair has the best price. Though I haven't had problems, I had a couple of questions for them and their customer service response was immediate and helpful.

eta: Be sure to sign up for their emails, because they have daily specials.

They sound good to do business with. I do usually price compare and I do get the emails with the daily specials.

I want a small writing desk for my spare room and they have quite a few on sale probably since it's back to school time. And of course while browsing I did see a few other items! :-)

I found some times at their source that were 1/2 the price of what Wayfair had
