Not only that, I have no interest in expending my time and energy on that stuff. Between taking care of my elderly stepmom who is very needy and my husband....ya right!

Sylvia, OT, But I saw where you said you were a docent at the Colorado Springs mountain zoo. Cool! It is a beautiful little zoo. I envy you!

I was a docent for 6 years---I retired when I started college at a private liberal arts college----I was 57 and I graduated at 61---this fall is my 10th reunion. ---------------I didn't remove your post, iLikeShade.

a docent is a guide trained in the specific area ---there are docents in museums, fine art centers, outdoor trips, etc----it's fun with intensive training in whatever venue you are informing kids, or adults--

Sylvia, I see you too and have a couple of questions- How is your daughter? She had a bad mammo a few months back and I never saw an update about her..and did your raccoons ever return?
