You won't get a response from Carolyn here in this forum. You're better off calling customer service or posting your question to Carolyn's Facebook page. Also, what you're asking about is called engraving.

You probably would have to just get the ring & take it to a jeweler & see. I ordered it too. I think it is a cute ring. I have lost several precious furbabies so letting it be for each one of them!

Neat ring.

It looks like it's already got an inscription on the inside, so I don't know if there's any room for more engraving.

I would order it and take it to a jeweler. If they can't engrave it, or you just don't like it, send it back.
