A couple of days ago, I felt the bottom of my foot and found a lump....went to the foot doctor today and he's 99.9% sure it's Planter Fibroma. </P> <P>The doctor said the only treatment is a cortisone shot, physical therapy, orthodics and as a last resort surgery. The problem is, that surgery is not always successful either. They can re-occur 10-15% of the time, and he said that's a high recurrence rate. </P> <P>I did some googling and from what I've read, I'm rather depressed about it ever feeling better.</P> <P>Has anyone here ever had this?
