topic Fannie May Candy--?????? in Community Chat

I bought my husband a pound of Fannie May candy for Easter. I got his favorites--milk chocolate buttercreams, milk chocolate chocolate creams, and chocolate covered cherries.

He opened them early, and I am so disappointed. The candy is not as tasty as it used to be. The buttercream is not as rich, the chocolate doesn't have as much flavor, and the quality is just one big disappointment.

I remember it used to be when you ate one piece of Fanny May candy, that was all you could handle and not eat the second piece. Not that way now--just not as much flavor or quality.

What brand of chocolates are still good quality? I've had Sea's candies many years ago--are they still good?
