Draw strength from any sources that are meaningful to you. (Prayer, meditation, deep breathing, talking with trusted friends, whatever gives you peace and power.)

Remember that our perception of an impending event usually is more frightening that the actual event itself.

Know you've survived other challenges.

Keep in mind that we tend to learn and grow the most from facing and overcoming those things we fear.

Before you ever drew your first breath you were born into victory ! There is nothing you can not do because of the love, mercy and grace of your Heavenly Father. Jesus is constantly closer to you than your own breathing, always holding you by your right hand.

He goes before you, beside you, and behind you. You have nothing to fear. If you can, pray to him. If you can't, just whisper his name repeatedly. He knows your needs and your fears. He will hear you and answer your prayers.

You can do more than you can possibly believe because of what he has already done for you.

Relax, take a deep breath, trust him, and go forward. I'm praying for you. I know him well, it will turn out okay.

Trust, and tell him "Thank You".

Thank you all, you've been helpful. I do believe in God and prayer, just feeling overwhelmed. I welcome additional prayers and advice. I will update you.
