I've been on prescription anti-inflammatories and muscle relaxers since Monday and have also been doing exercises for my neck. I've gotten no relief. Tomorrow I'm going to my Orthopedist. Today I'm trying a heating pad and then maybe some ice. Anyone else have pinched nerve stories?
