WHO LIKES GORDON RAMSAY?

I like all his shows-kitchen nightmares was cancelled, so...............

He still has Master Chef-my favorite, He*lls Kitchen, Hotel He*ll and I hope that Master chef Jr edition returns-that was a good one.

I dislike his persona personality of being a big meanie.... in real life I am sure he is not so mean.

Yeah, I think when he's not doing the HeII's Kitchen persona he's a pretty decent, albeit no b.s., kind of guy.

He has four little kids (two are twins) and a beautiful wife. He seems to be very respectful of women. He's a pretty smart guy to have so many tv shows, not only here but in the UK. He's like the Simon Cowell of cooking shows.

Is it the UK version of Kitchen Nightmares that was cancelled or the US version?

I like HeII's Kitchen and Masterchef. I've watched a zillion of the Kitchen Nightmares, both versions, so I'm a little bit over that. The new Hotel HeII just got it's second season so I'm watching that.

i like him a lot - been watching him for years!!

I don't think he is a meanie - I think he is a straight shooter and tells the truth. He has a big heart too - he doesn't like seeing anyone cry and can totally relate to how people can get so attached to the same thing, over & over again

I really loved his series when he was trying to help prisoners learn a skill and make money while they were in jail. That was very well done!

He was on Jimmy Kimmel last night and was very refreshing and genuine. I don't consider him mean, he is just candid with the people he is helping and judging. I love Master Chef and have seen him be very nice to struggling competitors but he doesn't sugar coat his opinions.

We like Gordon and watch the Master Chef series and especially enjoy the Juniors who are very astounding. We also watch Heck's Kitchen, have for years and try not to call each other "Donkey".

I love Glasgow and I like Gordon Ramsay--then I found out he was from Glasgow. Of course! He is very much like Glaswegians in general.

His is very much the city's style: frank, vehement, honest and...it's one of the best run cities I have ever lived in. Very different from London. It's smaller, of course, and easier to run, but it's the largest city in Scotland and things work there for people who are residents, and the shopping is better than in Edinburgh--so is the dining. For simple food. I believe GR's first restaurant was a fine dining venue in Glasgow that failed after a few years of awards but not enough customers. On his shows, to this day, he will explain why the 'gastopub' is a better idea than the haute cusine venue. Simple, plain, very good food is almost everywhere in Glasgow.

The tourist sights are better in Edinburgh but Glasgow is a _much_ more comfortable place to live. It's the only place I know in Britain where people never queue, as Britons are supposed to delight in. I once saw an old lady cross against a light she had hastened up to, but just missed, and she attacked a cab edging up on her with her cane, yelling at him. Glaswegians are the New Yorkers of the UK, and I really love that city, as I love NY.

I felt H*ll's Kitchen was not his best show, although often watchable. I look forward to what he comes up with next.

I like Gordon, clearly on MasterChef he seems really invested in the contestants. I just returned a library copy of one of his cookbooks, great for inspiring new ideas in the kitchen.

He was great with Jimmy. Gordon wasn't impressed with Jimmy's egg cooking skills....Gordon tossed them on the floor.

It was all in good fun. BTW, I also enjoyed Bobcat G. on the show. I haven't seen him in a LONG time!

I think that, although he's from Scotland, he came up in England which would, of course, explain his English accent. I want to say London, but I'm not certain.
