That's exactly what I do when I fold my fitted sheets. However, rarely do they ever turn out that way, for some reason!!!!

I do know how, but my results are all over the place. Sometimes I get a beautiful, flat result and other times it looks like I just wadded it up, even though I folded it properly.

I printed some directions on the method of folding, but I don't seem to have enough hands, chin, etc----so I fold (or not) like I always have. :-)

LOL! Yes it's simple, fold it in half, tuck the ends in together. Put it flat on the bed, fold it over again and again like a towel until it is tucked up and can be put in the closet or dresser. Or get a partner to help you fold it.

I prefer the method of laying the sheet down on the bed, then lay down yourself to put each hand in an opposite corner, each foot in opposite corners, then roll. How ever the sheet ends up is how it ends up.

The other solution is just have one set of sheets, then wash them and put them on the bed. No folding required!

Folding laundry was a job where I used to volunteer at the animal shelter. It didn't have to be perfect, so wadded up fitted sheets weren't frowned on at all. I told new volunteers, "If you want to know how to fold them properly, just ask and I'll show you". No one ever asked.

I learned that method some years ago, but can't remember now where/how I found out about it. To take it a step further, I put both folded sheets, plus all but 1 pillowcase (since I use 4 pillows at a time), into the last pillowcase, then stack in the linen closet. One reach into the closet & I have everything I need to change 1 bed.
