    <description>No it hadn't. Just last week, before I left for work I ordered a couple of dresses, one that I particularly liked was on clearance... I hopped in the shower grabbed address out of my closet and headed to work...as I was driving, I realized the dress I had ON, was the same dress I had just ordered!!! When I got to work, I went online and cancelled with no problem....silly me!!! ( wish I would have gotten it on clearance the first time!!!)</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered the OTO handbag (Isaac's show) and then went directly to my computer to read the reviews. After reading them (most were excellent, but some were worrisome) I called to cancel the order and was told "too late, it is already in processing." 20 minutes later? The show wasn't even over yet!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I then tried to cancel from my Order Status listing, and got the same result. I am not one to cancel things all the time, in fact, I don't remember ever cancelling anything before.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Has it always been like this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think they've really clamped down on cancelling. I recently ordered something at night and tried to cancel the next morning only to be told it was too late.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;We used to be able to do that before. You have to be really careful now, read ahead of time, even though it means it may be sold out before you get to it.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I have the feeling a lot of people have been cancelling after they read the reviews.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I ordered first because I liked the color and didn't want it to sell out, as one color already had.  Then I went right to my computer to read the reviews.  In that short amount of time, I couldn't cancel it. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Now maybe if it was a small item, like a lipstick or something, I would just keep it, but this is a $200 handbag and I will have to return it if it's not suitable for me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What I used to do is order an item &amp;amp; pay with check - often the next a.m. I will have reconsidered &amp;amp; then cancel it; if I decide I do want it, then change to debit/credit card.  Unfortunately, cannot do that w/HSN anymore, they no longer accept checks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ford.... when the package arrives... if it is by post office, just return it to the post office unopened telling them you are refusing the package.... if it is by UPS.... tell the driver you refuse the package or call the company if they drop it on your doorstep and tell them to pick it up.... that you are refusing it..... I have done both.... and you may be charged for postage ONE way.... I cant remember..... but that is the best advice I have.   Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The main negative in the reviews was that the inside pockets are very shallow and even a cell phone will not stay put.  Everything else was pretty much raving reviews, and the bag is beautiful.  I'll have to see when it gets here how annoyed I might be about the shallow inside pockets.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;If I decide to keep it, I will give one of my other IM bags to my daughter.  She had admired it the other night.  (All one of my girls has to do is admire something and they get it.  Even my granddaughters have picked up on that . . . we all laugh about it!)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I only have one D&amp;amp;B bag, the "lock and lock" one that everyone raves about.  I have kept that a long time, but rarely use it because it's too heavy. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;All of my other bags are all old, from working ten years ago.  I will be giving them to Salvation Army with a lot of other stuff.
