Are You Hot?

99 degrees and 16% humidity, here in Spokane.

Unusually hot for us, but, at least low humidity. Of course, this low, it really up's the fire danger.

I HATE humidity, so, though we're toasty, we're not dripping~ Looks like we're going to have very hot weather for at least the next 5-7 days.

It's rainy and muggy in the Chicagoland area but not that hot. In fact, Wednesday it's supposed to be a high of 70! Something about a polar vortex - really, no joke.

Here in southern WV, the temperature is 85 degrees, and over 90% humidity. We have a good chance for thunderstorms all weekend, and we do need rain.

Rather comfortable here right now at 78 degrees and low humidity. But severe storms are forecast for this evening.

We have the polar vortex coming, too (WI). Today is 81 with 63% humidity. I think tomorrow is when it drops.

BTW, my husband says I am hot.

83 degrees here and increasing humidity. I was partaking of the fresh air until I did all the lawn work (man was I ever hot doing that). Honestly we did have a breeze but I kicked the A/C around 3:30.

It has been very humid here in the desert since the first of July due to the monsoons. It rains somewhere in the state daily, but has only rained once at my house. We're supposed to get the cold front next week and chill down to 86ish.

Yes we are supposed to have highs in the 70's and lows in the 50's Tuesday and Wednesday.

91 and 46 humidity ... cooler day for us. We are going to be 59 or so for the low around Wednesday. Storms and 99 tomorrow! This weather is nuts.

Hot and humid here so we put the AC on. Went to a homerama tour of new homes and it was very uncomfortable. Some of the houses had AC, some didn't but even those that did were so packed with hot, sweaty people and the door was constantly being opened,lol.

Glad to get home!

Hubby is talking about going to the baseball game downtown. Not sure I'm in the mood but I'll go if he wants to. Haven't been yet this year. It will be much cooler by then.

Coming up on 23 years of marriage next month and husband still thinks I'm H-O-T so I guess that is a good thing. I was really bumping down the thermostat frequently these past 30 or so days so when the electric bill arrived a day or two ago I was hesitant to open it but it was worth it . . . I figured maybe an extra hundred bucks . . . much to my very pleasant and happy surprise it was barely TEN BUCKS higher than the month before . . .and I had been bumping it down FOUR degrees . .. from 75-76 to 71 or 72 . . . but working out 50 or so minutes twice a day . . . a.m. & p.m. I just can't do it and be happy when it is TOO HOT.

Well, it says it's 77 here, but I think it's at least 80. Which is pretty hot for us.

I am loving this hot weather, humid or not, after the horrible winter we had. I despise the cold and snow. The Summer season is too short for me.

In NC it's been in the 90's for over a month. We are supposed to be affected by the Polar Vortex and lower our temps to the 80's. For us, that is a cold wave. Can't wait for Fall to arrive. HATE the hot summers.

96 degrees with 24% humidity, dew point of 54, cloud cover. Pretty comfortable for southern Arizona.
