I emailed Qvc but no answer-so I need help.

When you order an item using easy pay is the first payment taken out of your bank account right away?

They take the first payment when the item ships (I think . . .).

Been a long time since I bought anything here but I know hsn does not take out any money until the item ships. At least that has been my experience. If it is easy pay and there is a shipping charge they take that out of the first payment.

If you're using a debit card, then yes, the charge will be immediately taken out of your bank account, but listed as "pending" until the item ships.

Which can be between one and five days from the order date, depending on where the item is located.

As others have said, when the item ships your account gets charged. As soon as I get an item that I've got on easy pay, I call CS and ask them to list the dates that my account will be charged so I can mark it on the calendar. I always get the information, no problem.

Just a tip re: doing it online instead, which is quicker and easier for most:

If you click on "Order Status" at the top pf the page, then on "Easy Pay", you'll be able to view the exact installment payments by month (& with the specific day noted).
